个人基本信息

 黄小津，副教授，是beat365中国在线体育讲师，于2017年获上海师范大学博士学位，之后在湖南国防科技大学文理学院从事博士后研究。研究兴趣在最优化与人工智能及其结合方向：包括最优化理论与方法、多智能体系统一致性。
